Export Control Statement
Cryptographic technology is regulated technology. Quantum Shield Platform complies fully with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws in every market we serve.
Regulatory framework
Quantum Shield Platform products incorporate strong cryptography, including post-quantum algorithms standardized by NIST (FIPS 203/204/205). As such, they are subject to export control and sanctions laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and equivalent regimes in the UK and EU.
Restricted destinations
Our technology may not be exported, re-exported, or transferred — directly or indirectly — to countries, entities, or individuals subject to applicable embargoes or denied-party lists. Eligibility is assessed during every enterprise engagement.
End-use screening
All deployments require end-use and end-user verification. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement where a diversion risk is identified, and to cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.
What to expect during onboarding
- Corporate identity and beneficial-ownership verification.
- End-user and end-use certificates for regulated destinations.
- Screening against applicable sanctions and denied-party lists.
- Licensing support where an export licence is required.
This statement is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice. Specific licensing determinations depend on the product configuration, destination, end user and end use, and are made on a case-by-case basis during contract review.
